Board change at Van de Velden Holding B.V.

following appointment of Maria Cliteur

Arnhem, the Netherlands, 1 July 2011 – A change occurred in the Board of Management of Van de Velden Holding B.V. on 1 July 2011 following the appointment of Maria Cliteur. The board now consists of Cor van de Velden, Maria Cliteur and Ton van der Bruggen. Van der Bruggen is expected to retire at year-end 2011.

Maria Cliteur will concentrate on the activities of the holding company, the international CCV sites and Alvira Services B.V. Prior to taking up this position she was General Manager Benelux at Johnson Controls, one of the world's leading technology companies with customers in more than 150 countries. She previously held positions as General Director Spain, General Director Chile and Sales Manager South & North Europe at GEA and Technical Director at Stork in Spain.
