Dutch Personal Data Protection Act
CCV attaches great importance to privacy when dealing with data of its business relations and users of the online CCV shop and other services. Personal information is processed with care and kept secure at all times. In this, CCV complies with the requirements of the Dutch Personal Data Protection Act. CCV also endorses the Code of Conduct for the Processing of Personal Data by Financial Institutions, a joint product of the Netherlands Bankers’ Association and the Dutch Association of Insurers. - CCV will only request personal information of business relations if and insofar as this is necessary to supply the required service(s) and to comply with Dutch legislation.
- CCV does not provide any data of its business relations to third parties, nor does it make them public without the business relation’s prior approval, unless CCV is compelled to do so by law or in connection with other obligations in order to prevent, detect or combat fraud and money laundering.
- Business relations may request CCV to provide an overview of the personal data that CCV has recorded about them, and ask CCV to correct any inaccuracies.
