Our international business unit focusses on large accounts in various segments, including retail. As Key Account Manager Retail, you will be responsible for the expansion of our strategic partnerships with existing and new partners/clients within the retail segment. We want to be a strong player in the ever-changing world of payments. To achieve this, we combine hardware, software, e-commerce, acquiring services, transaction processing and APIs towards customers.
You will ensure the anchoring of CCV as the strategic partner for payment solutions. You will represent the interests of these partners within our organization without losing sight of the interest of CCV. And more. You will become the expert on the market of electronic/online payment solutions: you will detect new trends, needs and players. You will be aware of the movements of the competition, and you will know how to act on this proactively. With your knowledge and experience you will advise our existing and new partners on how to achieve their goals by properly deploying our end-to-end payment solutions. In addition, together with the commercial product manager, you will see how we can develop payment solutions within your field.
Your partners and customers are located throughout Benelux and Europe, so you have to be prepared to travel occasionally, but the main focus lies on the Belgian market.
You are driven, communicative and know how to set the right priorities. For your customers, for CCV and for yourself. You are a good listener and understand latent needs. You like to organize your own day, show initiative and identify improvements in our processes. You enjoy giving presentations and you like to inspire those around you. You have the potential and ambition to develop into a Team Lead role.
What you bring with you:
- Completed Bachelor degree in economics, business information or similar studies
- Minimum 10 years experience as (Key) Account Manager
- Experience in the payment industry is a plus
- Fluent in English, Dutch and French
- Willing to travel and participate in trade fairs
