Lars Sørensen

Lars is a live-communication expert and event professional. With over 10 years experience and a background in media, journalism and B2B events. He started to work as event organizer while working on social development projects. Lars also found himself on National radio at BNR Newsradio and National Radio 2.

In just a few years he has grown to become one of the most booked moderators/presenters in the Netherlands and was nominated for the moderator of the year award. Next to hosting, interviewing, moderation and performing as a chairman, Lars also works on the production side of events.

As event-designer and creative consultant he likes to create next level events. As a presenter he has his own tv program on 7DTV the biggest online business video platform in de EU. Creating online content and video in a 21st century way is one of his favorite things to do. His remarkable talent for improvisation offers a unique opportunity to create interviews in a short production time.

Mark Buitenhek​

Head of ING Transaction Services

Mark Buitenhek is a seasoned banker. He is Head of ING Transaction Services, with overall responsibility for payments, cash management, trade financeworking capital solutions and cards for Wholesale Banking.

His knowledge of banking combined with his endless energy and swift ‘out of the box’ thinking makes him the ideal partner for traditional ways of banking and innovative accelerator projects and start-ups.

Mark is a recognised international keynote speaker, specialised in banking industry disruption and industry (Fintech) innovation. He is passionate about customer experience in (open) banking.

Mark is a member of the board of Directors of SWIFT and TradeIX and member of the MasterCard Advisory Board. He is Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Payconiq and the Supervisory Board of Payvision.

Hugo Godschalk​

Managing Director of Paysys Consultancy GmbH

Dr. Hugo Godschalk, a native Dutchman from Den Haag (1957) has been living and working in Germany for more than 45 years. He studied economics at the University of Münster/Westfalia (1974 – 1979). He then spent 5 years as research staff at the same university. Following his PhD in economics in 1982 with a dissertation on electronic money, he started his career in the payments industry at the Gesellschaft für Zahlungssysteme (GZS) in Frankfurt, last as head of business administration. From 1990 until 1993, he worked for 3 years as a senior consultant for Ordina (Germany) GmbH, covering payment and card business related topics. Since 1993 he is managing director and founder of PaySys Consultancy in Frankfurt am Main. 

Since 2000 PaySys Consultancy represents the European Payments Consulting Association (EPCA) as German founding member. In 2011 Hugo initiated the Prepaid Verband Deutschland (PVD) as platform of the prepaid industry in Germany. He is represented this group as managing director until 2018. Since 2003 he is member of the advisory board of PayComm (database community of the European payment industry). Hugo is a regular blogger on payment issues (www.paytechlaw.com). 

He published several books, expert reports and many articles to monetary and payment related topics (reform, history, innovation, regulation, complementary currencies etc.). 

Enny van de Velden​

Chair of the Board of Directors and Chief Commercial Officer CCV Group B.V.

Enny van de Velden is CCV's Chief Commercial Officer Chair of the Board. With two Masters degrees from the University of Groningen, she has held teaching positions at Windesheim University of Applied Sciences and Stenden University of Applied Sciences. She also held management positions at Any Productions.

With her extensive experience in branding, change management and experience marketing, she is responsible for the long-term commercial success of CCV, strategy development and organizational development. Enny van de Velden oversees business development, branding & communication, strategic marketing, strategic personnel policy and organizational development on group level.
