Business Process Advisor (m/f)

As a Business Process Advisor (m/f), you will focus on CCV’s intercompany operational processes across the entire customer value chain. You will continuously optimize the experiences of our customers, and translate our operational processes into clear Service Level Agreements with our internal and external suppliers. You will work collaboratively across relevant departments of the company, and will partner with business leaders, the IT department, business process owners and other stakeholders to identify information and process requirements. You will analyze the demand for process design, improvement and documentation within CCV’s end-to-end processes, and facilitate process workshops for process documentation, redesign, implementation, optimization and monitoring.

Our Business Process Advisor (m/f) manages process analyses and changes by implementing best practices for continuous improvement. He/she monitors, measures and provides feedback on process performance. Another important role in this position is to provide input for CCV’s process toolbox, templates, storage systems and governance procedures. Finally, our Business Process Advisor provides education and training to business users responsible for managing and operating business processes.

What are your talents?

As a Business Process Advisor (m/f), you have a strong results orientation and work in a structured, organized manner while being persistent in realizing targets.

You have a strong personality with the ability to manage, support and motivate stakeholders across locations. You are capable of building consensus, making decisions and managing resistance in a multicultural environment. You are able to gain insight into and interpret complex systems and business processes.

The following also applies to you:
  • professional and intellectual capacities at a higher professional education level;
  • a minimum of 5 years’ work experience in business process management and project management;
  • certified Lean Specialist, or at least Six Sigma Green Belt-certified;
  • strong analytical skills and experience with Scrum/Agile;
  • experience in working in a multicultural, multidisciplinary organization is an advantage;
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and ideally also a good understanding of German and/or Dutch;
  • affinity with the payment industry.
