Sales Support Officer (m/f/d)
Are you internationally oriented and commercially minded? With us, you will work in a dynamic environment where you will combine sales with administrative tasks. Do you have a can do mentality and a strong sense of ownership? Then we'd love to meet you!
We take you further
As a Sales Support Officer (m/f/d) you support the account and partner manager (m/f/d) and help existing and potential customers to choose for CCV. You function as the first commercial point of contact in the area of operational activities and think proactively with the customer and account manager to further deepen the relationship and to generate new sales. You offer support in preparing offers, handle incoming orders and coordinate and monitor agreements made. With your commercial focus you are also directly responsible for the results of customers within your portfolio. You will immediately start working on issues that affect the customer and you will link with internal departments so that you can quickly offer a suitable solution. You will be able to set the right priorities and not lose sight of the customer and CCV's interests. Furthermore, you will contribute to the structuring, standardisation and digitisation of our processes.
You are used to working independently in a dynamic environment. You do not wait, but come up with your own ideas, proposals and initiatives that can contribute to serving our accounts and partners better. You are result-oriented and able to keep an overview. You like to be part of a team and to brainstorm with your colleagues.
You also have:
- bachelor's level of education and training
- a minimum of 3 years' work experience in a similar position
- very good oral and written communication skills in the Dutch and English languages
- a good sense of humour
