By replacing fragmented systems and manual steps, EP:Tummers now works with a single, streamlined workflow. Service employees use one mobile device to manage the entire process, from registering repairs to completing payments directly at the customer’s location

Thanks to the integration between ASPOS and CCV from Fiserv, EP:Tummers now uses a single device that enables employees to:

  • register repairs;

  • track orders;

  • make calls and navigate;

  • and complete payments directly at the customer’s location.

We were looking for a tool that could help us optimise the entire customer journey, from the in-store experience to home deliveries and repairs  while also automating and digitalising our processes. By replacing fragmented systems and manual steps, we now work with a single, streamlined workflow.

One device for complete order handling

One of the key advantages of the solution is that service employees no longer need to work with multiple devices or systems.

The entire order process, from registration to payment is handled directly on the same device. This significantly speeds up the process and reduces the risk of errors.

The entire handling of an order is now managed through a single device. This means payments can be completed immediately at the customer’s location in a smooth and professional manner.

Transparency and ease of use throughout the payment journey

A key enhancement is the use of SoftPOS, enabling payments to be accepted instantly on the same device without additional hardware. This not only accelerates transactions but also improves accuracy, transparency, and overall customer experience. This allows employees to accept payments directly on their mobile devices during deliveries, installations, or repairs at the customer’s home. 

The CCV Nexus Pad A35 is used as the fixed POS payment terminal in EP:Tummers stores. Thanks to the seamless integration with ASPOS, employees in-store also benefit from a reliable and user-friendly payment solution that perfectly aligns with the rest of the operational processes.

By integrating both mobile payments via CCV SoftPOS and fixed POS payments via the CCV Nexus Pad A35 within the same ecosystem, EP:Tummers creates a consistent payment experience across all customer touchpoints.
