Stronger together in Arnhem: CCV & the Dutch Open Air Museum

Did you know that CCV and the Dutch Open Air Museum have been working together for years? Two Arnhem-based organisations that bring out the best in each other.

From the entrance to the catering facilities, from the shops to the gift cards: wherever visitors pay, a CCV terminal is in use. Powered by our partners’ POS systems, each with their own expertise.

Scanfie plays a key role in Retail & Hospitality. They provide hospitality and retail services at various locations within the park, offering a range of payment solutions, both mobile and fixed. Thanks to smart integrations with, among others, the Museum Card, the VVV Gift Card and the Open Air Museum’s own payment card, they ensure a seamless payment experience.

At some locations, the CCV A77 is used, running a dedicated ordering app. One device for ordering and paying. All transactions are processed in the back-office system, including stock management and integration with Exact.

And at the main restaurant, efficiency has recently been improved with ordering kiosks using the CCV A35, allowing visitors to place and pay for their orders themselves. Here too, an integrated CCV terminal ensures fast payment.

In addition, Ticketcounter contributes to a streamlined visitor experience - from ticketing to entry. Their e-ticketing platform allows visitors to plan in advance and ensures fast, error-free entry. Thanks to the integration with CCV, transactions are processed instantly and securely, reducing queues.

By working smartly with our partners, we’re providing the Dutch Open Air Museum with a future-proof payment experience. And we’re proud of that!
