Our management (CCV Group) and state of affairs are supervised by a critical board, one solely focused on the interests of the company and all of its stakeholders.

Petra Teunis

In addition to general management, Petra Teunis focuses on HR, Risk, Compliance, Audit and Finance. She was appointed in February 2020. In earlier phases of her career, she amassed a great deal of knowledge and experience in the financial sector as a director at the Rabobank. Currently, she is Chair of the Board and CEO at Eno Health insurance and she is a member of several supervisory boards.

Ben van Miltenburg

Ben van Miltenburg has 25 years of experience in CEO/Director positions at several large (stock exchange listed), medium-sized, small, national, and international companies. He worked in various sectors, including health, insurance, ICT, telecom, e-commerce, B2B and B2C. He also has broad experience in culture change, merger processes, organisational restructuring, and customer orientation. Innovation and financial management are in his genes as he grew up in an entrepreneurial family. Ben was appointed to the Supervisory Board in December 2020

Joke Bakker

Joke Bakker is an Executive Finance & Risk professional (MSc Economics/CPA) with 25 years experience in complex international environments mainly within Financial Services (banking, insurance, capital markets and pensions). She was appointed in September 2020.

She is a strategic builder with a a broad and deep understanding of (international) business strategy and Finance & Risk areas in relation to underlying businesses and operations.

Appointment process

The members of the Supervisory Board are appointed by the General Meeting of Shareholders. After an initial four-year period, a member can be reappointed once. In order to be appointed or reappointed, candidates must meet the criteria laid down in the established profile.
