Information about the email requesting your company details: why we ask and what to expect

At CCV, we believe it’s important to keep our services safe and reliable. That’s why we periodically check whether the information we have about our customers is still up to date.

Why do we do this?

As a payment institution, we have a legal gatekeeper role. This means we are required to verify on a regular basis that customer information is current and complete, so we comply with Dutch laws and regulations and contribute to a secure payment environment.

What does this mean for you?

You may soon receive an email from us via portal@ccv.eu. In this email, we will ask you to (re)enter some details about your company. The link in the message leads to a secure environment on a platform called DUNA. Together, we ensure that your information remains accurate.

How can you recognize our email?

  • Sender: portal@ccv.eu
  • A clear explanation of the information we need
  • A secure link to our protected environment

Your action is important

It’s important that you respond on time. Only then can we continue offering our services without interruption. If we don’t receive your information in time, CCV may be required to temporarily suspend your payment services. It takes just 15 minutes and helps us continue to support you in the best possible way.

Thank you for your cooperation!

Together, we ensure a safe and reliable payment environment.
