International partner manager

As an International partner manager you will be part of a commercial team that is working to grow CCV’s business and position us as a leading knowledge partner and provider of payment solutions to both systems integrators and operators. You will represent CCV in the Parking & Public Transport segment, markets that are changing every day. Being able to adapt and come up with new ideas to keep our position strong is vital. In this role you will be responsible for expanding our network of customers together with the other International partner managers and the International sales manager. You will focus on new opportunities (business development), manage existing clients and build a network outside of the target clients, such as contacts with consultants, municipalities and regulatory bodies to be ahead of the market and gather the information you need to succeed. You will translate (latent) needs into complete solutions and will provide the CCV Product managers with information to improve the current value propositions. You work closely with Marketing to provide input for the (digital) content based on the movement in the market. You will monitor the performance of your partners/integrators and will take action when necessary in order to achieve the yearly targets for growth in revenue and margin. Travelling within Europe is required on a frequent basis. After all your goal is to put CCV on the map as the knowledge partner for payment solutions.
As an International partner manager you will have experience in managing international partners and be able to build these relationships successfully. You must be highly proactive, initiating new proposals and initiatives to improve CCV’s position within the designated segments. Your communication skills need to be strong and you must be able to work with different cultures. As a team player, you must also be able to work independently. You need to be creative and think outside of the box when it comes to developing solutions together with your Product manager. Excellent presentation skills used when representing CCV to customers and the wider industry are also required. You also have:
- proven professional and intellectual capability at a higher professional education level (Bachelor/Master degree)
- 3-7 years’ experience in a similar position
- minimum 3 years’ experience in the public transport market, experience in the parking market is a plus
- extensive experience with CRM, Sales Cycle Management and Sales Forecasting
- demonstrated success in commercial positions at an appropriate level is requested
- fluency in English, Dutch and/or German are a plus
- a good sense of humor and you're open, passionate and persistent
