Our marketing team SME is going international! You can’t wait to get started. You will lead a new international team of marketeers based in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany in the development and implementation of effective, digital-first marketing strategies. Your team of approximately 8 fte will support our ambitious goals for product and service marketing within Small and Medium Enterprise sector. You will support and guide them in the transition from a local to international mindset. You will coordinate the execution of local and global marketing plans and implement our Digital First and Customer Centricity strategies. You have a clear vision on how to drive digitalization of marketing in a pragmatic and effective way. With your expertise, you can easily create comprehensive marketing plans that will help achieve CCV's sales targets in the Benelux and Germany. You will do that by developing campaigns for our Benelux and Germany markets, digital marketing, social media and event production. For this, you will partner with the sales team and product marketing team to develop new propositions that fit the demand of our customers. You are part of the management team SME and actively contribute to the strategic development of the SME organization.
You have a strong problem-solving and strategic thinking ability as well as an entrepreneurial thinking. You are collaborative, open-minded and highly resourceful, modelling a positive “can do” mentality. You enjoy working together with your team and know how to bring out the best in them. You have proven leadership and coaching skills. You are skilled at interacting with and managing relationships with senior stakeholders – internally and externally. You are all about delivering results and continuous improvement of standards and are energetic in contributing to CCV's ambitions.
You also have:
- 8-10 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in financial technology or payment industry
- proven experience in growing e-commerce turnover
- strong people and stakeholder management skills
- proficiency in Dutch and English (verbal and written), working proficiency in German is a plus
