Code of Conduct
Our corporate values and principles – including our commitment to clients, future-proof business practices, and always being experienced, connected and reliable – fully express who we are and how we want stakeholders to view us. We also always adhere to all laws and regulations. We have carefully incorporated the aforementioned into a code of conduct. To guarantee our daily compliance with this code, we have translated it into a number of practical guidelines and daily policy. For example, we have established guidelines on social media, accepting gifts and on how we handle confidential information. All actions and communications of all of our staff members are based on these. This guarantees that all activities are imbued with our values.
Our management and supervisors ensure that the principles laid down in the code of conduct are implemented and complied with. All our staff members expressly endorse it.

Your rights when making payments in Europe
We embrace the regulations of the revised Payment Service Directive 2 (PSD2), the base for the development of a better integrated internal market for electronic payments within the European Union. These EU rules mean that electronic payments are becoming cheaper, easier and safer.
