The collaboration between CCV and WPS Parking Solutions began in 2014 with an ambitious challenge: supporting Q-Park with a modern, scalable, and future-proof payment solution. This marked the start of a strong partnership built on innovation and reliability.
From pioneering contactless payments to a mature partnership
When WPS was selected to develop a new parking solution for Q-Park, there was a clear requirement: a payment experience that is fast, frictionless, and reliable.
WPS initially chose CCV Motion combined with the former CCV OPPseries terminals. At the time, this solution was unique because it:
- enabled fully contactless payments,
- was suitable for international rollout (NL, BE, UK),
- could be deployed through a single integration.
With this combination, CCV and WPS laid the foundation for parking systems that could meet the growing demand for speed and convenience.
The next generation: CCV IM-series terminals
The market is evolving quickly, and parking systems are becoming more advanced. That is why, since 2025, the solution has been strengthened with CCV IM-series terminals, the latest generation of payment solutions for professional, unattended locations
