What are the integration workshops about?
Currently we are offering the following workshops:
Full day Integration workshop - Introduction to terminal integration
Our full-day Integrators Workshop offers a comprehensive introduction to the integration of our terminals. The workshop is aimed specifically at new customers and interested parties who have little or no previous knowledge of integrating our systems. It covers various topics and is relevant for all our products and many industries.
The workshop is offered in English and German.

Short workshop: Switching from OPx to IMx terminals
This compact workshop is aimed at experienced users who have already worked with our OPx devices and want to switch to IMx terminals. As the workshop deals specifically with switching between the systems, prior knowledge of the integration and use of OPx devices is a prerequisite. It is a compact two-hour workshop.
The workshop is offered in English and German.

Short CCV PhonePOS workshop - Introduction to PhonePOS & integration
Our full-day PhonePOS Integrators Workshop provides a structured introduction to integrating and working with our PhonePOS solution. Designed for new partners and customers with little or no prior experience, the workshop covers everything from basic concepts and team responsibilities to security, integration flows, and onboarding.
Participants will gain insights into key tools like the PhonePOS Toolbox, Fusion Management Suite, and log export functionality. Hands-on sessions ensure practical understanding of personalization, payments, and enterprise integration.
