Processing & Acquiring EV Charging
CCV’s Payment as a Service philosophy sees the cashless point-of-sale, including online touchpoints, as the centre of an entire ecosystem. In addition to our high-quality hardware and software solutions, as a full-service provider for payment at the POS we also offer transaction processing in the background, both on a local and international level.
- Processing and acquiring as well as the network operation support will be provided by CCV GmbH
- Fees which are given as a percentage (%) are calculated depending on the transaction value.
- A detailed weekly billing is included in the service.
- We reserve the right to change fees due to external circumstances.
CCV offers a processing contract acquiring contract with the Interchange ++ pricing structure. This model is generic in the payment industry and consists of 3 fees:
Interchange fee
Costs that the acquirer pays per transaction to the card-issuing authority (usually the bank, but sometimes other authorities).
Scheme fee
Costs that the acquirer pays per transaction to the payment card organisation – based on card type (global cards, business cards, domestic cards).
Acquiring fee
Production costs that the acquirer incurs, for example, for the handling of transactions.
Network operation
Network operation and support € 5,00 monthly fee/per terminal
Transaction fee € 0,05 per transaction
For girocard transactions there will be the following additional authorisation fees raised by „Deutsche Kreditwirtschadt“ (DK): 0.185 % plus 0.06 % „Service fee-girocard“; this is only applicable for the German market.

Acquirer Service Fee 1,25 % (min. 2 Cent)
Activation costs
Activation costs per terminal € 25,00

The interchange fee has been regulated by the EU since December 9th 2015; the card-issuing institution receives this fee. This fee is dependent on the cards actually processed. The card scheme fee is set by the respective brand, Visa/Mastercard, and is non-negotiable. Further information and fees can be found here and here. The Acquirer Service Fee is determined by the acquirer and remains as a service fee with the respective acquirer.
