Why does CCV ask to verify my business information?

As a payment institution, we have a legal obligation to regularly verify whether customer information is still accurate and complete. However, we do not do this solely because it is required. We want to work together with you to ensure safe payment services. 

You have been a customer of CCV for some time. During this period, your business information may have changed. That is why we ask you to review the information we currently have on file. Click below on the checklist for your legal entity type to see what applies to you. 

The checklist shows, per legal entity type, which information we review. 
This may include, for example: address details, management information or the ultimate beneficial owners (UBOs).

  • Have any details changed? Please inform us via MyCCV

  • No changes? Please confirm this via MyCCV.

These checklists apply to companies that are registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK).
