Are you an experienced IT infrastructure leader and ready to play a key role in an international environment? As Lead Hosting, you will be responsible for managing the IT infrastructure for both our payment facilities and Office IT within the CCV Group (NL, DE, BE).
What is your role as Team Manager Hosting at CCV?
As Lead Hosting, you will be responsible for managing the entire IT infrastructure for both our Payment Facilitation (payment environment) and Office IT within the CCV Group (NL, DE and BE). You will manage the team that ensures stable and secure IT environments, and work closely with the other teams within the IT Services department, which is responsible for monitoring, support, hosting and application services. You will report directly to the Head of IT Services and play an important role in ensuring the continuity and reliability of our IT systems. In your day-to-day work, you are responsible for adequately managing the risks in your processes and enhancing a risk culture in which employees understand their role when it comes to protecting CCV for unwanted risk exposure.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Daily steering of various technical teams (Virtualisation, It Infrastructure, Windows, Unix etc.), issue logging, incident handling
- Investigate, make and implement improvement plans
- In cooperation with GRC and auditors all controls and procedures are in place and up to date.
Your profile
As Lead Hosting, you coach your team to make the best use of their talents. Under pressure, you remain calm and focused, and your organizational skills help you maintain an overview of projects and priorities. You make decisions with confidence, even in challenging situations.
Bachelor’s degree of other relevant advanced degree and relevant certifications and professional knowledge of IT Infrastructure
Operational (management) experience in a complex 24/7 IT infrastructure
Experience with change processes and stakeholder management
Organizational sensitivity, tactic thinking and operational execution.
Communication skills, with fluency in English and knowledge of cross-cultural business practices, fluency in Dutch and German is a plus
Experience with cloud solutions and on premises IT Infrastructure
