Our sustainability vision is based on seven guiding principles:
Integrated in our daily business processes
All of our employees have ownership of their department’s #WeCare goals.
Anchored in the current context
Our strengths, weaknesses and aspirations inspired the current #WeCare programme.
A systematic company-wide programme
We aim to align each of our core processes with the principle of sustainable business, thus improving our businesses as a whole.
Oriented towards action and learning
We will take with us all learnings along this journey and use them as an opportunity to keep improving our CSR vision and programme.
Created in a participatory environment
#WeCare was built on rounds of close stakeholder consultations.
Built on CCV’s values
#WeCare was built on CCV core values; Connected, Reliable, Future-proof and Experienced. We are committed to honouring our legacy and improving ourselves for years to come.

Our Code of Conduct for Business Partners
Compliance plays an essential role for our organisation. Therefore, we also require our business partners of CCV to comply with our Code of Conduct in addition to complying with country-specific laws. This Code of Conduct goes beyond foreign trade, data protection and anti-corruption clauses. It also covers environmentally sustainable practices, responsible sourcing of materials, honouring human rights, ensuring occupational health and safety of employees, and more.
Our reputation as a reliable, fair and respectful company is critical to our success. That is why we encourage you to raise your concerns if you suspect any unlawful, unethical or otherwise inappropriate behaviour involving CCV that may result in a serious breach of applicable laws or regulations (either national or European laws), our Code of Conduct, or any internal policies or procedures.
